1. The Government of the Republic of Korea welcomes the agreement of the “Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements” on February 12 after summit talks among Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France. The ROK government hopes that the “Minsk Package” will be faithfully implemented to restore peace and stability in Ukraine, and that a peaceful solution to the situation in the country will be drawn up as soon as possible. 

2. The Government of the Republic of Korea supports international efforts to resolve the Ukrainian situation in a peaceful manner and intends to contribute proactively to such efforts.
