On June 4, 2015 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine signed the decree No.367, which approved the new Procedure of entry to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and exit it.
According to the abovementioned Procedure, foreigners and stateless persons are allowed to enter the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and exit it through the checkpoints only with the valid passport and a special permission issued by the territorial subdivisions of the State Migration Service of Ukraine at the place of stay (residence) of foreigners and stateless persons.
In order to receive the special permission, a foreigner or stateless person has to submit: an application, a passport, a document which confirms the stay in Ukraine on legal grounds, a copy of the document with personal data translated into Ukrainian, documents which confirm the purpose of entering the occupied territory, a document which confirms the financial provision for staying in Ukraine, three photos 3.5x4.5.
A person violating the Procedure to enter the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and exit it will be brought to justice.
