The 30th Plenary Meeting of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) was held in Busan, Republic of Korea, on October 17-21, 2016.

The delegations from 35 states participated in Plenary including the delegation of Ukraine headed by Director-General for International Security Directorate of the MFA of Ukraine Sergii Shutenko. Ambassador of Ukraine to Republic of Korea Vasyl Marmazov also took part in the work of Ukrainian delegation.

Wide range of MTRC-relevant topics were discussed during the Plenary, including outcomes of the Regime activities for last 12 months as well as its further priorities.
