With the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea and the Korea International Culture Exchange Association the gala concert of the Khmelnytsky Academic Regional Symphony Orchestra was held in Seoul. The orchestra is on a concert tour in the Republic of Korea since June 20, 2012. The well-known Korean vocalists and instrumentalists performed together with Khmelnytsky Academic Regional Symphony Orchestra at the concert.The gala concert was dedicated to the celebration of 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea and the beginning of a series of cultural events within the framework of the Days of Culture of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea in 2012.

The Embassy's members, heads of diplomatic missions of foreign countries accredited in the Republic of Korea, citizens of Ukraine, representatives of Korean government bodies, business, academic and artistic circles, local media attended the event.

After the end of the gala concert Ambassador of Ukraine Vasyl Marmazov met with Director of the Khmelnytsky Academic Regional Symphony Orchestra Victor Pasyeka and Artistic Director of the Orchestra, conductor Serhii Leonov and thanked the art team for donating a holiday of a classic music and art.
