On November 17, 20117 Memorandum of Understanding between State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Port Authority” and Busan Port Authority was signed by the “USPA” Acting Chairman R.Veckagans and BPA President Woo Ye-Jong.

The counterparts discussed prospects of investment and operational activities in Ukrainian sea ports. 

R.Veckagans visited Republic of Korea as a guest speaker at Busan International Port Conference (BIPC2017).
