A meeting on the development of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Koreaas a result of theworkingvisit ofthePresident of Ukraine to the Republic of Koreaon March26-27,2012 was held in the Administration of the President of Ukraine.Themeetingwas attended by representatives of theCabinet of Ministers ofUkraine,theMinistry of Foreign Affairs,theMinistry of Economic Development and Trade,theMinistry of Culture and the State Agency for Science, Innovation and Informatization of Ukraine.

Participants of the meeting discussed a wide range of issues including the current state and prospects of strengthening political dialogue between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea, deepeningbilateral cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

It was noted that the President attaches great importance to building a mutually beneficial partnership relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea. Alsothe need to fully implement the agreements,reached during the visit ofthePresident of Ukraine to Korea, was stressed.

As a result of the meeting a number of practical measures,aimed at theintensification ofUkrainian-Korean cooperation, wereagreed.
