On May 23, 2018 H.E. Ambassador of Ukraine O.Horin visited the head office of the «Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power» (KHNP) in Gyeongju.

During his visit the ways of intensifying Ukraine-Korea cooperation on peaceful use of nuclear energy, expansion of cooperation in the field of alternative energy sources and the use of new technologies in the field of energy efficiency were discussed.

  During the talks, the Korean side was provided with materials pertaining to proposals for expanding cooperation with energy companies in Ukraine (SE "Energoatom", "Turboatom" and "Electrotyazhmash") and offers on investment programs in the energy sector of Ukraine, in particular, the involvement of Korean investments in the construction of the «Ukraine - European Union Energy Bridge».
