On July 11, 2019, H.E. Ambassador of Ukraine O.Horin visited 2019 Defence Science Technology Fair.

He participated in the opening ceremony and on behalf of the diplomatic corps delivered a congratulation speech.

During the speech he mentioned that such exhibition does not contribute to the militarization, but on the contrary, it demonstrates an increase in combat readiness, which can protect the state from the intentions of a potential aggressor.

He expressed his gratitude to the DAPA Minister for the opportunity to exchange views, which will undoubtedly contribute to the continuation of mutually beneficial cooperation in high-tech areas of defence technologies.

Ambassador emphasized that Ukraine is highly interested in expanding defence and science technology cooperation with the Republic of Korea.

He pointed out that participation of international companies in specialized defence exhibitions will facilitate the launching of new mutually beneficial projects of cooperation in the military and technical spheres.

In this regard, the Ambassador invited Korean and other countries companies to participate in the International specialized exhibition «Arms and Security – 2019» to be held in Kyiv from 8 through 11 of October, 2019.
