The first Ukrainian restaurant “Trypillia” was opened these days in the dynamic area of Seoul Gangnam. Now, residents of a multimillion city can taste dishes from Ukrainian chef Mr. Iurii Kovryzhenko, who has been promoting Ukrainian cuisine abroad for a long time.
The name of the restaurant was chosen by its founder, Korean businessman Lee Se Kwon, who traveled to Ukraine many years ago. Now a piece of Ukrainian culture presented by haute cuisine has found its place on the 10th floor of the Lake Hotel with breathtaking view of the Korea's iconic Lotte Tower building.
The opening ceremony was attended by Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Olexander Horin and his wife. Ambassadors of Israel, Latvia and Tunisia, representatives of partner companies of Ukraine, were among the guests of the event.
