On September 19, a special session on infrastructure in Ukraine was held in the framework of Global Infrastructure Cooperation Conference (GICC 2023) in Seoul. 

The event was attended by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea Won Hee-ryong, the Chairman of International Contractors Association of Korea Park Sun-Ho, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland Tadeusz Koscinski, representatives of the World Bank, IFC, Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, KEXIM, MIGA.

Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine, gave a congratulatory speech online.

As part of the special session, a tripartite Memorandum on Cooperation on Infrastructure Restoration was signed between the International Contractors Association of Korea, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and the Association of Construction Industry Employers of the Republic of Poland.

This important event once again demonstrated the high interest and serious approach of Korean business and state institutions to the process of reconstruction of Ukraine and development of its infrastructure destroyed by Russian aggression.
