On March 6, 2020, Н.Е. Olexander Horin, Ambassador of Ukraine met with representatives of the South Korean company Hyundai Rotem.

The possibility of enhancing cooperation between Hyundai Rotem and Ukrainian enterprises were discussed.

During the meeting, Ambassador of Ukraine emphasized that the time has never been better to invest into Ukraine and to cooperate with the Ukrainian companies.

Hyundai Rotem is a South Korean company manufacturing rolling stock, defense products and plant equipment. It is a part of the Hyundai Motor Group.

Ukraine within the development of high-speed rail traffic on the eve of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship acquired ten Intercity+ class HRCS-2 electric trains manufactured by Hyundai Rotem.
