During October 13-15, the Embassy presented Ukrainian culture at the "Public Diplomacy Week" in Seoul.
At the national booth, visitors had the opportunity to explore Ukraine through the books, various traditional crafts, as well as create a charm doll "Motanka" or a bracelet in yellow and blue colors.
A cooking class on preparing Ukrainian dishes was also held within the cultural event. Together with Korean friends we tasted traditional snacks and learned how to make homemade cheese and cook dumplings with various fillings.
We express our sincere gratitude to Korea Foundation organising the event, Mrs.Ganna Kryzhanovska - for holding charms making workshops, Mrs. Khrystyna Maidanchuk - for the presentation of Ukrainian cuisine, Anna Boklan, Valeria Nesterchuk, Kateryna Kononiuk, “Probono" and "Global Hope" - for volunteer help.
We also thank all visitors of our booth for their interest and desire to learn about Ukraine.
