In Ankara, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held his first meeting with President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae Myung.

The leaders discussed the development of bilateral relations and what is needed for both countries.

The Head of State thanked South Korea for its assistance to Ukraine during Russia’s full-scale invasion, in particular for the recent decision to allocate $100 million for a comprehensive support package for our country.

The President informed his counterpart about Russian strikes against Ukraine and Ukrainians, as well as the situation on the battlefield, where the positions of Ukrainian warriors have strengthened.

The leaders discussed the development of economic cooperation and joint projects in various areas. The President instructed his team to work through all the issues discussed during the meeting.
