Today we met with the Ukrainian team participating in the 25th World Scout Jamboree. This year the event in the city of Saemangeum brought together more than 43,000 representatives of youth fascinated by the scouting movement.
Regrettably, due to weather conditions the location had to be changed. However, we are grateful to the Korean authorities for keeping security a top priority and making a timely decision to evacuate foreign contingents participating in Jamboree to Seoul and its surroundings.
Talking with our team, we were inspired by their positive energy and optimism.
Despite certain inconveniences in the organization of the large-scale international event, Ukrainians, as always, demonstrate strength of spirit and readiness to overcome new challenges.
Thank you for representing Ukraine abroad with dignity. You motivate and give us faith in our country's better future. We are proud of you!
We eagerly look forward to opening the Victory Jar you gave us!
