On May 18, 2010 OSCE – Republic of Korea Conference has started its work in Seoul.

The representatives of the member states of the OSCE, Asian and Mediterranean partners for cooperation, international organizations take part in the Conference, organized by the OSCE and the Government of the Republic of Korea. The Delegation of Ukraine is headed by H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Belashov, Ambassador for Ukraine in the Republic of Korea.

The participants of the Conference will consider and discuss important security issues, among the DPRK nuclear program and six-party talks, the OSCE Corfu process, economic development and promotion of good governance, with a special focus on Afghanistan, energy security and environmental challenges, women’s contribution to security, de-mining problems in Central Asia.
