On November 9, 2010 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Volodymyr Belashov took part in the Seoul Rotary Club’s meeting, especially devoted to Ukraine-South Korea relations.

In his presentation at the meeting the Ukrainian diplomat briefed members of the Club – CEOs of several leading South Korean companies – on the current political and economic situation in Ukraine, its history, culture, abundant natural resources, wide tourist opportunities.

Special attention was given to economic and investment potential of Ukraine as well as to the development of bilateral Ukrainian-Korean relations in all areas of mutual interest.

The Ambassador answered numerous questions from the audience which was highly interested in perspectives of further enhancement of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea.
