Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea (ROK) Vasyl Marmazov met with Deputy Foreign Minister of the ROK for Political Affairs Lee Jeong-Kyu in relation to the completion of his diplomatic mission to the ROK.

The Ambassador thanked the Korean side for the consistent support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine both on bilateral level and within international organizations, the UN in particular, and the humanitarian and financial assistance provided to our country.

He also briefed the Deputy Foreign Minister on the current situation in Ukraine and drew his attention to the 3rd anniversary of Russian military aggression against our country.

In addition, the Ambassador provided the Korean side with the information on reforms that were implemented in Ukraine in recent years and called on Korean companies to increase investment in the Ukrainian economy.

The Deputy Foreign Minister praised the current state of relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea, noting the role of diplomatic missions of both countries in their maintaining and enhancing.

Besides, the significant prospects of further development of bilateral cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest were emphasized.
