Ukrainian ballet dancer Eva Karpylovska took part in the V Korea International Ballet Competition that had been held in the Sangmyung Art Centre in Seoul June 9 through 13, 2012.

Ukrainian representative passed to the semifinal stage of the competition. Almost 70 participants from 20 countries competed in this competition.

As part of competition's program Vadym Pisarev, the People's Artist of Ukraine and the Artistic Director of the Anatoliy Solovyanenko Donetsk National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, held two ballet workshops.
