On May 21, 2012 the 5th APEC Education Ministerial Meeting (AEMM) has started in Gyeongju (the Republic of Korea). The three main themes of the meeting are globalization, innovation and cooperation. During the three-day event, the participants will share their experiences and ideas before issuing a joint statement on the final day.

The delegation of Ukraine consisting of the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine Yevhen Sulima and the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Vasyl Marmazov participates in the Meeting.
