Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Vasyl Marmazov took part in the International Conference «Establishment of Global Nuclear Security Regime and Prospects for Nuclear Security Issues in East Asia», organized by the Korean Association of the International Studies (KAIS) and UN Association of the Republic of Korea (UNA-ROK).

Among participants of the Conference there were ambassadors of the 5 Permanent Members of the UN Security Council, other representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Republic of Korea, leaders of main political parties of South Korea, eminent scholars etc.

In the course of Conference the Chairperson of the Emergency Committee of the Saenuri Party Park Geun-hye as well as the Chairperson of the Democratic United Party Han Myeong-sook delivered their speeches, in which they touched upon their political forces’ stance on the nuclear security issue.
