Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Vasyl Marmazov attended the Exhibition «The Gold Treasures of Ukraine» that is being taken place from December 1, 2011 till February 26, 2012 in the Hangaram Art Museum of the Seoul Arts Center within the framework of commemorating of the 20th Anniversary of establishing of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea.

In the course of visiting the Exhibition Ambassador of Ukraine met with President of the Seoul Arts Center Kim Jang-sil and curator of the exhibition Chae Hong-ki .

During the meeting the results of holding of the Exhibition «The Gold Treasures of Ukraine» were discussed. President of the Seoul Arts Center highly evaluated the results of the Exhibition and noted Korea citizens' great interest in it. According to the Korean side, this event was attended by nearly 30 000 visitors.

Separately sides discussed prospects of cooperation in the cultural sphere, including the possibility of holding joint events by the Seoul Arts Center and Ukrainian artists.
