At the invitation of theChairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Sohn Kyung-sik Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Vasyl Marmazov took part in the New Year's reception for the business community.

The event organized by the KCCI, was attended by more than 1,300 representatives from business, government, art, and diplomatic circles. Among them there were President of the Republic of Korea Lee Myung-bak, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Park Hee-tae, Minister of Strategy and Finance of the Republic of KoreaBahk Jae-wan, Chairman of the Federation of Korean industries Huh Chang-soo, the Bank of Korea governor Kim Choong-soo, Hyundai Motor Group chief Chung Mong-koo, Lotte Group chairman Shin Dong-bin, POSCO chief Chung Joon-yang and Doosan’s Park Yong-hyun.
