Ambassador Olexander Horin participated in the “Trade Law Forum, Incheon 2018”

On September 10th, 2018, H.E. Ambassador of Ukraine O.Gorin and other Ukrainian diplomats participated in the “Trade Law Forum, Incheon 2018”.
During the Forum, organized by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) reform was discussed as well as the costs and duration of ISDS, as well as the perspectives of arbitration.
Mr. Sang-Ki Park, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Korea, Ms. Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of UNCITRAL, as well as members of diplomatic corps and international organizations and representatives of media attended the Forum.
