On September 14, 2018, Olexander Horin, Ambassador of Ukraine, met with a delegation of representatives of Ukrainian educational institutions visiting the Republic of Korea.

Ukrainian delegation includes representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, leading universities and specialized schools where Korean language is studied. The purpose of this delegation’s visit to the Republic of Korea is to familiarize with the Korean educational system and to develop cooperation between educational institutions of two countries.

During the meeting the prospects of Ukrainian-Korean educational cooperation, the issues of inter-university exchange and study of the Korean language in Ukraine, as well as the Ukrainian language in the Republic of Korea were discussed.

The organizers of the visit - representatives of the Korean Educational Center in Ukraine - also attended the meeting.
