On November 24, 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea H.E. Mr. Vasyl Marmazov met the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea H.E. Mr. Tomasz Kozlowski.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of relations between Ukraine and the EU as well as between the European Union and the Republic of Korea.

The diplomats also exchanged views on prospects of trade and economic cooperation between the EU and the Republic of Korea after the entry into force of the Free Trade Agreement between the EU and the Republic of Korea (July 1, 2011).

The parties emphasized that Ukraine could have used the experience of negotiations on concluding Free Trade Agreement between EU and the Republic of Korea and the further implementation of this document’s provisions.
