On 16th of December Spouse of the Ambassador of Ukraine Nataliia Tymoshenko have organized Ukrainian day in Korean Down Syndrome Center for young participants. 

The theme of the day was "Celebration of Christmas and New year in Ukraine".

Nataliia Tymoshenko has make a presentation about traditions of celebrating Ukrainian Christmas, festive decorations and food, stressing that there are two official holidays in Ukraine - Catholic Christmas and Orthodox Christmas.

Participants have listened to Ukrainian Christmas songs - kolyadky - and enjoyed some traditional baked goods. Participants have also learned about New Year's festivities in Ukraine and have made party masks for celebration. The event was concluded by dancing along with Ukrainian New Year music.
