I am confident that under Your leadership the State will reach substantial progress on a course of its dynamic development.

Ukraine is interested in continuing the fruitful bilateral cooperation with the Republic of Korea aimed at giving the new practical quality to the interstate relations, which has been successfully developing on the principles of friendship, partnership and mutual trust throughout 20 years.

I am convinced that deepening dialogue at the highest level between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea will serve to further strengthening of comprehensive cooperation. In this context, I invite You to visit Ukraine.
