On January 16, 2013 Second Secretary of the Embassy Serhii Horopakha participated in the closing ceremony of the 10th winter sports camp "Dream Program 2013" which has been held annually by the Gangwon Province for young people from around the world since 2004. This year Ukraine was represented by three pupils of the sport school "Victoria" from Kyiv under the supervision of Serhii Borechko (skating). In general, this Program was attended by 166 representatives from 40 countries.

Within the official part of the ceremony Serhii Horopakha along with the Vice Governor of Gangwon Province Doo Yeong Choi presented to Ukrainian participants diplomas and medals on participation in "Dream Program 2013".
