Work of the Jury. The selection of creative works for the expositions of  Peace Relay in the participating countries and for the exhibition that opens  on June 1, 2023. Location: Andrey Sheptytskyi National Art Museum, Lviv,  20 Svobody Avenue. 

The exhibition is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the children's gallery, which was first opened in 2003 in the city of Lviv.

Creation of a data bank for  publication of the catalog. Conference with partners,  heads of studios regarding  the selection of artworks for  exhibitions. Organizational  issues, etc

March-April 2023 

Participants and laureates send the originals of their works to the address  of the Organizing Committee (preferably by courier): 

Ukraine; 79026; Lviv city; St. Boy-Zhelenskoho, 10/2 (Olga Mykhailiuk  +380678439767) for: 

• production of the catalog; 

• publications of the artworks of the participants of Peace Relay in the  columns of the All-Ukrainian educational and artistic magazine “Artclass”; • organization of mobile exhibitions in Ukraine and partner countries

Creation of a data bank of  works and their design for  the exhibition at the NML. Final meeting-webinar with  

participants and managers. Notification of participants  about placement of diplomas  on the artclass.lviv.ua web site and other organizational  issues. 

Scientific and practical sem inars with participants of  Peace Relay.

Diplomas of participants and laureates are sent electronically to the rele vant ZDU

Development of a script  for the Children's Creativity  Festival.

24 –30.05.23 

Finale. 

A monumental painting in Lviv on a 100-meter canvas on the theme:  “UKRAINE - THE COUNTRY OF MY DREAM.”

Webinars with participants,  managers and artist-coaches.  Organization of the finale  (installing the frame, fasten ing the canvas, painting, etc.).

8. 

01.06.23 

Celebration of children’s creativity on International Children’s Day: •  Handing in the above-mentioned diplomas by the heads of the  ZDU (their deputies, preferably in a solemn atmosphere) to the  children who won the Peace Relay in foreign countries. 

•  Opening of the International Exhibition dedicated to the 20th  anniversary of the children’s gallery and, within its framework,  the exposition “Art in the dreams of children, born by the war in  Ukraine.” Location: National Museum in Lviv named after Andrei  Sheptytskyi. 

•  Awarding of finalists (awarding of gold medals, Grand Prix of  the golden easel, diplomas, study scholarships, tickets to Art Resi dences in Ukraine and abroad). All Peace Relay participants and organizers from Ukraine and participating  countries are invited.

International conference  with partners of the Forum,  Organization of telebridges  with ZDU of participating  countries
