In accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Mongolia on cooperation in the field of education, the Ministry of Education and Science offers 25 State scholarships for citizens of Mongolia to study at the higher education institutions of Ukraine for the 2025/2026 academic year. 

The language of instruction is Ukrainian. Before starting their degree programs, students must complete a one-year preparatory course to achieve the required level of proficiency in the Ukrainian language.

Final application deadline by the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia - March 31, 2025.
