On 29th April the premiere screening of one of the largest film projects of the recent years in Ukraine - "Dovbush" directed by Oles Sanin - was held in Seoul.
The historical film took viewers to the picturesque Carpathian Mountains of the 18th century, when the legendary national hero Oleksa Dovbush, who above everything sought to win freedom for his people, lived.
Ambassador of Ukraine Dmytro Ponomarenko in his opening remarks emphasized the firm courage and determination of Ukrainians in the struggle for justice and independence and expressed gratitude to partners for their support of Ukraine in defending these ideals today.
We sincerely thank the distribution company "Cinema New One" and the entire team of creators of the film "Dovbush" for their support in organizing the event, as well as all the guests who joined the screening.
Screenings of the film in cinemas of the Republic of Korea will start at the end of May.
