On July 13, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the Asia Leadership Conference in Seoul.

In his video-speech the President spoke of russia’s tactics in the war against Ukraine: artillery, rocket terror, deportations, economic shock and propaganda. He stated that if russian terror remains unpunished it will repeat in other parts of the world. The President of Ukraine emphasised that in modern world, russia’s actions should receive the strongest reaction from the international community: “ russia must pay the price to demonstrate to all potential aggressors of the world that repeating such tactics is extremely unprofitable”.  Volodymyr Zelenskyy also thanked the Republic of Korea for the readiness to help in fighting the aggressor.
