On April 29,  the Ambassador of Ukraine Dmytro Ponomarenko participated in the annual “Newsis Industry Forum”, which this year was focused on Ukraine's reconstruction. The event brought together over 150 participants, including members of parliament, representatives of government, business, media, and the expert community.

In his remarks, the Ambassador emphasized that despite ongoing Russian aggression, Ukraine is already implementing the most ambitious post-war reconstruction plan in Europe since World War II. This process opens significant opportunities for international partners, particularly from the Republic of Korea.

“Korea, with its post-war development experience, advanced technologies, and global business leadership, is uniquely positioned to make a meaningful contribution to Ukraine’s reconstruction. Investing in Ukraine is not only economically sound, but also a contribution to global security and stability,” noted the Ambassador, calling on Korean companies to join reconstruction projects in Ukraine today.
