Under the auspices of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea the restaurant “Zelen” (Hannam-dong, Seoul) will hold the Days of Ukrainian Cuisine from January, 25 till February, 4, 2014.

Guests of the restaurant will have the opportunity to taste fine Ukrainian cuisine, in particular borsh (traditional Ukrainian soup: pork, tomatoes, cabbage, red beet, onion), salo (Ukrainian bacon), golubtsy (mix-roll of rice, meat, carrot and onion, wrapped in cabbage leaves and stewed in tomato sauce), varenyky (dumplings with potato, mushrooms and cabbage). Besides that, guests can enjoy beautiful Ukrainian music and songs,that will be performed by the Ukrainian singers.
