The concert of the Symphonic Orchestra of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Philharmony –  «Ukraine and Korea in Summer Concert in Seoul»  organized with support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea on the occasion of the Day of Constitution of Ukraine and the twentieth anniversary of the Declaration about State Sovereignty of Ukraine took place in Seoul On June 27, 2010.

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea invited to the concert numerous honored guests from the Korean state bodies, foreign diplomatic corps, universities and representatives of mass media, Ukrainian citizens living in the Republic of Korea.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Volodymyr Belashov in his welcoming address underlined the importance of maintaining close ties in cultural sphere, reminded that music as nothing else contribute to the mutual understanding and enhancement of contacts and comunication among countries and peoples of the world.

The booklet on the Program of the Concert contains the congratulatory message of the Ambassador of Ukraine and the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea.

The tour of the Symphonic Orchestra of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Philharmony started on June 18 and continues till July 13, 2010.
