Volodymyr Belashov, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea, met Grand National Party Representative Kim Seong Jo, President of the Korea-Ukraine Parliamentarians' Friendship Association, Chairman of the Strategy and Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea.

The parties discussed ways of further enhancement of interparliamentary relations between the legislatures of both countries. They stressed the necessity of establishing active dialogue between the Ukraine-Korea Interparliamentary Relations Group of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Korea-Ukraine Parliamentarians' Friendship Association of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, noted that effective interaction between them would contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea.

The parties also discussed the modalities of the forthcoming official visit of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea.
