On May 31, 2012 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Korea Vasyl Marmazov took part in the 43rd Korea Foundation Forum that was held in Seoul.

Lamberto Zannier, the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, who pays a five-day visit to South Korea, was the main speaker at the Forum.

In his speech,«The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) – A Regional Model of Security Cooperation»L.Zannier stressed that the OSCE’s experience as a successful security organization may be used in the context of resolving the problems in Northeast Asia.

The OSCE Secretary General appreciated the ROK’s active cooperation with the OSCE that had been started in 1994, when South Korea became the Asian partner of the OSCE.
