During his visit he met the Vice President of the Institute Kim Jung Kyong. The parties discussed current state of cooperation between the KIST and Ukrainian universities, exchange of students for research, prospects for consolidation of efforts of Ukrainian and Korean researchers in priority areas of scientific research.

Yevhen Sulima also toured the research laboratories and met with Ukrainian students who are studying at the KIST.
